McAllen Pavilion

McAllen Pavilion is a 260,000 square foot retail center located in a prime retail area at the intersection of US 83 and McColl Road in McAllen, TX, a border entry to and from Mexico.  As a border entry to and from Mexico, its national retailers are some of the most profitable stores in their respective chains. McAllen Pavilion tenants include Burlington, Pier One, Tuesday Morning, Sprint, Leslie’s Pool Supplies, Bed Bath & Beyond and Michael’s. A face-lift and remodel of the project was completed by SDC in the summer of 2016.
