Fourth & Lamar

Completed in 2012, Fourth & Lamar represents the fourth phase in the redevelopment of the Market District. A 25,000 square foot, three story mixed-use building, Fourth & Lamar sits on what was previously a new and used car dealership. In addition to being the headquarters for Schlosser Development, Fourth & Lamar is also home to the award winning marketing firm RGA, which is based in New York City, a Fidelity Investment office, and a SkinSpirit med spa.
