Steve Marquardt joined Schlosser Development Corporation (SDC) in February of 2024. He is the Chief Building Engineer overseeing Treaty Oaks and 5^th and Baylor. Steve is an active member in the Austin Association of Facility and Maintenance Engineers (AAFME). He holds a B.A. from Southwest Texas State University.   His hobbies include ornamental blacksmithing and wood working.
